Platform that Proves HR can be Modern :) I have tried out several online HR courses, and this one is definitely the best so far. The teaching approach is modern and interactive, the lessons are short enough to incorporate them into your day. The additional reading materials are very useful and well-researched. All in all, they definitely deliver value for the money. :) However, one thing to keep in mind is that HR is a field where experience is the most crucial part of it all, hence you shall not expect that the courses will "by default" make you a pro. What AIHR provides is basically a toolkit, however, you then need to apply it in practice. But as I said, definitely the best course so far with a lot of thought and effort put into it. I took courses in the past that cost double as much and had really outdated methodology and resources. Additionally, it is one of the few, if not the only one, HR-centered platform based in Europe (the Netherlands), and it's not centered on the US market like many of the other official certifications.

I am very satisfied with AIHR… I am very satisfied with AIHR development programs. I have learned a lot of things related with OD and Performance Management. Experts who has shared their experience and knowledge has made me think different and have new tools to apply quickly and effectively in my organización. I really appreciate the great vale that AIHR has.
