I like that you can take the courses at your own pace and you can re-watch the videos any time if you want to. I wish there are more real-life comparisons and examples that I could apply in my day to day job, however, I still like the course regardless.

Awesome and unique I believe that, today, there is no competitor for AIHR Academy. Its proposal is unique: to combine HR with emerging technologies, such as data science and blockchain. Each lesson leads to several useful insights. Top notch material, with an amazing support team to help you with any issue.

Platform that Proves HR can be Modern :) I have tried out several online HR courses, and this one is definitely the best so far. The teaching approach is modern and interactive, the lessons are short enough to incorporate them into your day. The additional reading materials are very useful and well-researched. All in all, they definitely deliver value for the money. :) However, one thing to keep in mind is that HR is a field where experience is the most crucial part of it all, hence you shall not expect that the courses will "by default" make you a pro. What AIHR provides is basically a toolkit, however, you then need to apply it in practice. But as I said, definitely the best course so far with a lot of thought and effort put into it. I took courses in the past that cost double as much and had really outdated methodology and resources. Additionally, it is one of the few, if not the only one, HR-centered platform based in Europe (the Netherlands), and it's not centered on the US market like many of the other official certifications.

Highly recommended I am currently taking the Talent Acquisition course. I like that I can take the course at my own pace and I can re-watch the videos any time I want while supported with presentations that I can save and print out. The quality of the material is of high standard and very up-to-date. The whole course and their website are well-structured and very user-friendly. I study on my laptop or on my mobile app whenever I can. The extra reading material has been very useful too. Every interaction I had with them has been very professional. I highly recommend AIHR.

Learning and Development Certificate I just completed the Learning and Development Specialist Certificate. The facilitators, content, learning platform and downloadable resources were all world-class. I signed up for a 12-month subscription. I can't wait to start my next course. Keep up the great work!
