My experience with AIHR In general very satisfied with the course. The platform is very good, it allows you not only to follow the contents of the course you are doing, also to read and comment on different human resources topics on which debate is opened, networking with the rest of the students. In terms of content and design, it covers a wide range of topics in relation to the digital transformation of HR and does so with some depth. In addition, the pills are 15 minutes long more or less, which allows you to adapt the course very well at your own pace. The attention of the tutors is excellent in case of having any problem. Go for AI HR Academy... The courses of AI HR Academy are very up to date, deal with highly topical and relevant HR issues, are well structured, sensibly structured. Fortunately, in-depth materials are also provided and everyone can learn at their own pace. I can therefore only recommend the AI HR Academy.

Platform that Proves HR can be Modern :) I have tried out several online HR courses, and this one is definitely the best so far. The teaching approach is modern and interactive, the lessons are short enough to incorporate them into your day. The additional reading materials are very useful and well-researched. All in all, they definitely deliver value for the money. :) However, one thing to keep in mind is that HR is a field where experience is the most crucial part of it all, hence you shall not expect that the courses will "by default" make you a pro. What AIHR provides is basically a toolkit, however, you then need to apply it in practice. But as I said, definitely the best course so far with a lot of thought and effort put into it. I took courses in the past that cost double as much and had really outdated methodology and resources. Additionally, it is one of the few, if not the only one, HR-centered platform based in Europe (the Netherlands), and it's not centered on the US market like many of the other official certifications.
