If you join the program and you implement the tools you will be able to control and end your behavior, however what's even greater is the way that the coaches and the community challenges you to become a better version of yourself everyday, and to love and respect who you are becoming. With the amount of effective tools and the type of men you are surrounded by, it forces you to become better and be more aware and in control of yourself and where you are headed.
