I’m a few weeks into the program and… I’m a few weeks into the program and I’m seeing improvement. I still have relapses, but fewer than I used to. It’s all about implementation! I know that if I actually use the tools given to me by the modules and the books, I’ll make progress. While I have tried different techniques in the past, this is the first thing I’ve tried that combines accountability, community support, boundaries, tools, and reading, and the combination of those things is really valuable

One of the smartest decisions I've ever made Joining the implementation Program is one the smartest and most important decisions I've ever made. I've been able to gain control over my compulsive behavior and I'm not done yet. My final goal is to change my life and the tools of the program help me do just that every single day. A Unique Experience Prior to joining the programme I felt there was no way for me to control this behaviour and I would forever be a slave to my compulsion. Through the use of the tools and the informative modules, I began to gain the confidence that I could in fact end this behaviour. Hard work pays off I have been stuck in what feels like a relentless loop of misery and have always been hoping for a solution. I always expected it to be one thing or maybe one breakthrough moment that would break this addiction. Don't expect for that to work. This program enables you to have the ability to properly implement successful strategies and skills, layered over time, to create healthy habits to overcome the affects of having an addiction. very happy. this program is exceptional in its structure, intention, and delivery - I have been looking for this for a while. the program has been excellent so far. For someone like me, who doesn't necessarily fit the mold of a 12-step based approach to addiction, its perfect. I have also struggled to find addiction programs specific to the needs of pornography addiction. The only knock I have on the program really is that it is 100% online. I also found it a bit difficult to wrap my head around the process initially -
