Within minutes I had an email response providing options. Then, I got a call from a support person who was responding to missed calls. He quickly found my account and reviewed the options presented by the email response and was able to resolve my issue right there. It was quick and easy and I really appreciated the excellent service!

They were right, someone reached out and they were really communicative as well, especially given that the communication was done via email.
