Really great customer service Really great customer service. I'm used to having someone to talk to right away, but I was told that someone would reach out to me later when someone is available. They were right, someone reached out and they were really communicative as well, especially given that the communication was done via email.

I called to Cancel my subscription I called to Cancel my subscription, but it was outside working hours. so I sent an email to the address provided. Within minutes I had an email response providing options. Then, I got a call from a support person who was responding to missed calls. He quickly found my account and reviewed the options presented by the email response and was able to resolve my issue right there. It was quick and easy and I really appreciated the excellent service!
