I called to Cancel my subscription I called to Cancel my subscription, but it was outside working hours. so I sent an email to the address provided. Within minutes I had an email response providing options. Then, I got a call from a support person who was responding to missed calls. He quickly found my account and reviewed the options presented by the email response and was able to resolve my issue right there.
