JPI am satisfied with timely service I am satisfied with timely service. My essay reads better after your editing. However, I requested to reduce the word count by 10 per cent but the editor did not do it. I was a bit disappointed.

DECorrections good, communication needs improvement The correction was well done but the communication with you was rather bad! If you don't add the button 'Click to Reply' in your email all correspondence failed and this was really a pity! It should be added to every email to avoid such problems!
