Finally, the results were delivered at the time (according to the contracted service) and they offered the possibility to do feedback if I'd considered it necessary. I love their service I love their service, my research article was a novel potential contribution, though copy/editing was an apparent problem found by journal editor and I was asked to go through copy/editing even he found my topic interesting. My editor Camille did a fantastic job. I had a seventeen-page paper that needed a turnaround in two days. She looked through the content and the footnotes. She gave hundreds of suggestions. I was floored by her attention to detail and she made sure to give praise so I did not feel overwhelmed with the scope of the project and some of its changes.
