Data Science Boot Camp I'm a current student for the Data Science program, currently im on sprint 5 of the program. So far I have really enjoyed the program. Ive had my ups and downs with some of the subjects, but if you put the time in and ask all the questions you can overcome all the obstacles in this course. It is not an easy program but it is definitely rewarding. You just have to put the time and the work to accomplish it. The issues ive had so far ive had so far have been answered quickly and the tutors have made it easy to understand. Iva had a lot of help from Camilo and from Ivan. They are really helpful and they know how to explain the subjects very well. I am very excited with the next chapters. I have also started creating a portfolio for when im finished with this course, ill be ready to apply to various positions. I feel like i will learn a lot in the next few weeks to get ready to apply for my first Data Analyst position. If anyone is looking to start their Data Science careers, i feel like this is a great place to start.

A solid introduction to web devleopment I took the free web development intro course and it was great! I've taken a lot of online classes for this topic, but Practicum by Yandex provided a unique approach by having you feel like you're in a real-world internship. The course covers the basics of HTML and CSS well, still breaking things down step-by-step, but you get to complete an actual project very quickly. It makes you want to keep learning, which is very important.

Good all around course for Web development training I just finished the Introduction for the course. It's very thorough and encourages practice in the taught concepts as the lessons are completed. I think the layout, material, and UI/UX are well done. All in all, the course is set up to start at the basics, expand knowledge, give history, encourage practice for concept retention, complete task based goals, and end with a good knowledge and experience for the user. In particular, I'm going through the Web Developer course. If you are wanting to learn or need a refresher, this course is right for you.

TripleTen was a spontaneous decision… TripleTen was just a spontaneous decision spurred from an Instagram ad during a time of uncertainty in my career. It has been a great decision and a better challenge for myself, pushing to achieve things I didn't think I could accomplish while working a full-time career. The staff for TripleTen have been extremely accommodating, supportive, and most importantly... knowledgeable! I recommend going through either of their programs if you feel, like I did myself, that you could've/should've gone down a tech-centered career path. It is never too late to make a positive change knowing there's a support system there to push you to your final goals!

TripleTen Data Science Program: Self-Paced Success I decided to enroll in the TripleTen Data Science program to pivot into a new, innovative, and in-demand career. I was hoping to secure a well-paying, engaging, and cutting-edge job in data science. TripleTen seemed like the perfect choice for my coding journey due to their extensive support, custom coding platform, job search assistance, and the money-back guarantee if I couldn’t find a job. The positive reviews also played a significant role in my decision. During a typical week of learning at TripleTen, I dedicated several hours every day to reading the chapter information, doing the corresponding assignments, and researching deeper into many of the topics covered. During project sprints, my time was dedicated to systematically working through each part of the project, from exploratory data analysis and data visualization to meeting the project’s goal. The interactive platform and the projects were definitely my favorite parts of this program. Having a dedicated coding platform made it easy to write and run code without needing to worry about having the computing resources on my own computer or needing to install necessary libraries. The projects helped me gain confidence in applying what I learned to a hypothetical but realistic project that a company might really have. Towards the end of the program, I encountered a serious bug on the coding platform. Despite submitting correct neural network code, my submissions were not being accepted, which hindered my progress. However, the tutors were friendly and apologetic, promptly contacting the relevant tech support to resolve the issue. This happened two or three times, but once the issue was resolved, I was able to proceed freely with one or two weeks lost. Assuming these technical issues were not resolved by now, take this into consideration when looking at this program. In terms of value for money, I believe the bootcamp was worth the cost. It’s an excellent option for those looking to quickly gain new skills or transition into a new field. However, it’s important to note that this program is largely self-paced and requires a significant amount of independent learning. My advice to those just starting their coding journey is to ensure that you can be an independent and self-paced learner. Create a strict schedule to allow just that to occur, without giving in to the temptation to cut corners or not dive into topics to the degree needed. Overall, I would rate this bootcamp 5 out of 5 stars. It’s a great program for those who are comfortable with self-paced learning and are looking to quickly propel themselves into the field of data science.
