GBAbsolute scam! Absolute scam!! I engaged this company for an executive write up. The first writer I got made a trrrible mess of my resume. She was in a vacation mood so she made an absolute garbage resume, mixed up my experience. I spent an hour fixing it and was like wait … I paid them to do this. Why am I fixing this? So I reached out and they me another one after I complained about it. The Second Lady did pretty much a slightly better job but the resume was NOT executive level by any standards. I made my displeasure clear. They told me to try it for a few months and if I don’t get results they will stick by their guarantee. I gave it a shot and when I reached back out they told me that their “guarantee” is that they will offer me a rewrite. And they were not able to offer me a rewrite because apparently I had two writers already. I was shocked. Absolute scam! Disappointed is an understatement!!! Would give negative stars if I could. Apparently their management decided that my resume was upto standard and even though I told them that I got no results with it and the resume format was outdated they refused to give me a refund or rewrite. Save your time and money. They neither stick to their guarantee nor their timelines.
