Laid off and needing help! After being impacted by a lay-off, I found myself needing to update my resume for modern screening tools. After my inquiry, Shelly Roble reached out to me and started the process. Once we completed our initial discussion, the process was smooth with us communicating back and forth through their website. I chose the package for the resume, cover letter, and Linked-in update. I was very pleased with the finished products as well as the reference guides I was given. Modernized my Resume I had the opportunity to work with Heather and she was a pleasure to work with. She took my stone age resume and modernized it. The first draft was sent as expected and the turnaround time for edits was timely. I initially signed up for the Resume service but after viewing Heather’s work, I added the Cover Letter and Linkedin Profile. Both are well worth the cost.

Amazing Experience! I absolutely recommend using Resume Zest! Jessica Philippon was my writer and she definitely knows her way around professional language.
