The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. I was given the option to opt out of any job I did not want to be considered for, but for me I chose to allow my resume to go out to all jobs presented. Depends on your experience Interview tips & training was incredibly helpful but the team was a bit optimistic when it came to thinking my salary requirements were obtainable for the CSM positions applied for. I received several interview requests, even made it to second round once. Received positive feedback from most but none of the companies could meet my salary requirements (that I reduced to $100k). Average offered salary was $75-95 depending on direct SAAS experience. Regardless, this has been an eye-opening experience & I will take some time to follow-up with requests for additional information to see if this last batch of applications yield any opportunities. Team was wonderful to work with & if you're in the industry & looking for a new opportunity, I would highly recommend this service.
