TEJS and Molly are worth it, it works! I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years. To say today's job search is a bit different is a drastic understatement. I was very overwhelmed with just the task of updating my resume. I was on the job market for 2.5 months, and I know that Molly's program played a big part in me finding my next role so quickly.

Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.
