After 14 months of job searching, reaching out to recruiters, posting my resume, and appliyng with little to no response, I secured three networking meetings within my first 2 days. The lessons are great! I aprticular enjoy the networking modules and Smart questions. It is an easy way to connect with people and ge tthem to talk about themselves and walk away loving you! Networking was my weakness, it is now my new found love! This is an excellent course!

The Rules Have Changed If you haven't been in an active job search in the last couple of years, then you need to know the rules have changed and Molly's program will help you transition to the new playing field. Molly is down to earth and will help you navigate your search with a lot of insight and advice to ensure you are on top of your game. Some of her coaching may be tough to hear, but, when you look around at her coaching sessions and deep dive sessions you quickly learn you are not alone. I'll leave my review with this last statement...you will hear that you need to network. While you THINK you have a network, you will quickly find out you do not. Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.
