Personally, I hadn’t had to look for a job in last 20 years and approach to job search has changed significantly. What I like most about the program is that it laid out in a very executable manner where you start out with on-line tutorials which guide you in a very practical manner of how to approach your job search in a very user friendly and intuitive manner. Looking for a job is a job in itself, and program essentially lays out all the tasks of your job which is then supplemented with monthly couching and office hour sessions if executed properly with appropriate level of time commitment will easily provide fruitful results.

If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! This is an excellent program, especially for executives who have not searched for a role in many years. It requires a lot of work so you need to commit time and effort to maximize the benefit. Molly is a great coach who is very engaging and approachable.
