Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

Her programs have saved me a lot of time in areas where I was wasting time on my traditionally common job searches that everyone else is doing. With all of the new techniques that I have learned from her valuable video library, my old lengthy job searches have been cut in half AND have found more rewarding results as well. The Executive Job Search Program The Executive Job Search Program is Practical, Executable and User Friendly. Personally, I hadn’t had to look for a job in last 20 years and approach to job search has changed significantly. What I like most about the program is that it laid out in a very executable manner where you start out with on-line tutorials which guide you in a very practical manner of how to approach your job search in a very user friendly and intuitive manner. Looking for a job is a job in itself, and program essentially lays out all the tasks of your job which is then supplemented with monthly couching and office hour sessions if executed properly with appropriate level of time commitment will easily provide fruitful results.

Molly and the TEJS program is great Molly and the TEJS program is great. I have been out of a job search for more than 10 years and the program highlights how you can take charge of your job search. She also teaches skills beyond updating a resume or searching for a job. Examples include having a professional virtual appearance, LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions, working with recruiters etc. Her monthly virtual sessions allow you to ask questions and you get to learn off of others going through the same process through the same virtual events. She responds to emails, generally in 24 to 48 hrs.

The Executive Job Search is great! Finding new position is challenging. TEJS is a great help. It consists of a combination of videos and worksheets combined with group sessions and personalized help. Molly's helpful tips and advice (as well as the network) around the job search and mindset coaching is a huge help with the process.
