Molly and the TEJS program is great Molly and the TEJS program is great. I have been out of a job search for more than 10 years and the program highlights how you can take charge of your job search. She also teaches skills beyond updating a resume or searching for a job. Examples include having a professional virtual appearance, LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions, working with recruiters etc. Her monthly virtual sessions allow you to ask questions and you get to learn off of others going through the same process through the same virtual events. She responds to emails, generally in 24 to 48 hrs.

TEJS and Molly are worth it, it works! I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years.
