Molly and TEJS program: a BIG difference! Molly and TEJS program made such a difference for me. Providing structure and community during what we all know is a lonely and challenging time was just the start, but it was the step-by-step process and firm push that got me moving in a new direction. I really enjoyed the sessions and found great value in the very-well prepared materials. The area that made the biggest impact for me was around orienting toward the future rather than the past. What is my highest value vs. the easy path? Where am I heading next vs. what I have done in the past? So this changed the way I positioned myself, brought my experience to life and also the people that I network with. People could now start to see the future me, not the past me. Also, the smart questions approach to networking and job interviews made a significant impact in the productivity of each. I'm pretty sure "smart questions" helped me land my new job. Finally, the small pushes and points in the right direction all added up: 1:1 help provided during the sessions, language like "what I'm thinking about next is" and negotiating tips. I strongly recommend Molly and TEJS!

Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

TEJS and Molly are worth it, it works! I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years. To say today's job search is a bit different is a drastic understatement. I was very overwhelmed with just the task of updating my resume. After 14 months of job searching, reaching out to recruiters, posting my resume, and appliyng with little to no response, I secured three networking meetings within my first 2 days. The lessons are great! I aprticular enjoy the networking modules and Smart questions. It is an easy way to connect with people and ge tthem to talk about themselves and walk away loving you! Networking was my weakness, it is now my new found love! This is an excellent course!
