Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

Molly is down to earth and will help you navigate your search with a lot of insight and advice to ensure you are on top of your game. What I like most about the program is that it laid out in a very executable manner where you start out with on-line tutorials which guide you in a very practical manner of how to approach your job search in a very user friendly and intuitive manner. Looking for a job is a job in itself, and program essentially lays out all the tasks of your job which is then supplemented with monthly couching and office hour sessions if executed properly with appropriate level of time commitment will easily provide fruitful results.
