Molly and TEJS program: a BIG difference! Molly and TEJS program made such a difference for me. Providing structure and community during what we all know is a lonely and challenging time was just the start, but it was the step-by-step process and firm push that got me moving in a new direction. I really enjoyed the sessions and found great value in the very-well prepared materials. The area that made the biggest impact for me was around orienting toward the future rather than the past. What is my highest value vs. the easy path? Where am I heading next vs. what I have done in the past? So this changed the way I positioned myself, brought my experience to life and also the people that I network with. People could now start to see the future me, not the past me. Also, the smart questions approach to networking and job interviews made a significant impact in the productivity of each. I'm pretty sure "smart questions" helped me land my new job. Finally, the small pushes and points in the right direction all added up: 1:1 help provided during the sessions, language like "what I'm thinking about next is" and negotiating tips. I strongly recommend Molly and TEJS!

You need to do the work, but her structure sure helps Finding a job is not easy. Molly and The Executive Job Search (TEJS) program makes it a little bit easier and allows you to focus on what will really find the job that will make you happy. The TEJS program includes a well-organized group of videos to walk through how to provision yourself, look for the correct potential companies and network with the right people. Each step has a worksheet where you need to evaluate what will fit you the best. Along with the videos, Molly has 3 live sessions every month - Office Hours, Group Coaching and Deep Dives which really dig deeper into your individual questions and helps clarify the steps in the videos. TEJS includes a community for Q&A and the feedback from others in the program often comes in very valuable. The only critique I would have is sometimes it does take a little while for Molly to answer individual questions in the chat. It is best to bring those up during the live sessions.

Molly and the TEJS program is great Molly and the TEJS program is great. I have been out of a job search for more than 10 years and the program highlights how you can take charge of your job search. She also teaches skills beyond updating a resume or searching for a job. Examples include having a professional virtual appearance, LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions, working with recruiters etc. Her monthly virtual sessions allow you to ask questions and you get to learn off of others going through the same process through the same virtual events. She responds to emails, generally in 24 to 48 hrs.

If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! This is an excellent program, especially for executives who have not searched for a role in many years. It requires a lot of work so you need to commit time and effort to maximize the benefit. Molly is a great coach who is very engaging and approachable. Her guidance is spot-on and she will steer you towards the actions that will maximize the return on your search efforts. This program totally changed my approach to my job search. If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! I highly recommend it!

The Rules Have Changed If you haven't been in an active job search in the last couple of years, then you need to know the rules have changed and Molly's program will help you transition to the new playing field. Molly is down to earth and will help you navigate your search with a lot of insight and advice to ensure you are on top of your game. Some of her coaching may be tough to hear, but, when you look around at her coaching sessions and deep dive sessions you quickly learn you are not alone. I'll leave my review with this last statement...you will hear that you need to network. While you THINK you have a network, you will quickly find out you do not.
