Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

TEJS includes a community for Q&A and the feedback from others in the program often comes in very valuable. The only critique I would have is sometimes it does take a little while for Molly to answer individual questions in the chat. It is best to bring those up during the live sessions.
