Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

Molly Has Done it with This course! A+ and 5 Stars Molly provides clear direction onhow to take the correct steps for landing an executive position. After 14 months of job searching, reaching out to recruiters, posting my resume, and appliyng with little to no response, I secured three networking meetings within my first 2 days. The lessons are great! I aprticular enjoy the networking modules and Smart questions. It is an easy way to connect with people and ge tthem to talk about themselves and walk away loving you! Networking was my weakness, it is now my new found love! This is an excellent course!

Molly and TEJS program: a BIG difference! Molly and TEJS program made such a difference for me. Providing structure and community during what we all know is a lonely and challenging time was just the start, but it was the step-by-step process and firm push that got me moving in a new direction. I really enjoyed the sessions and found great value in the very-well prepared materials. The area that made the biggest impact for me was around orienting toward the future rather than the past.
