Molly and the TEJS program is great Molly and the TEJS program is great. I have been out of a job search for more than 10 years and the program highlights how you can take charge of your job search. She also teaches skills beyond updating a resume or searching for a job. Examples include having a professional virtual appearance, LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions, working with recruiters etc. Her monthly virtual sessions allow you to ask questions and you get to learn off of others going through the same process through the same virtual events. She responds to emails, generally in 24 to 48 hrs.

The Executive Job Search is great! Finding new position is challenging. TEJS is a great help. It consists of a combination of videos and worksheets combined with group sessions and personalized help.
