We are lucky to have found A Traveling… We are lucky to have found A Traveling Teacher for our 5th grader. Coming out of the pandemic, it was obvious that our daughter had missed some math fundamentals and was struggling with confidence as well. She made a great connection with Mr L, and she has clearly learned a lot. We just came from her spring conference, and the teacher was remarking on how helpful the tutoring has been, and how impressed he was been with their outreach as well. "A Traveling Teacher" changed my son's perspective to Algebra "A Traveling Teacher" offers outstanding tutoring services. My son is in 9th grade and Algebra is really challenging for him, he had a F when we reached out looking for services. After few sessions, my son went up to a C and seems to understand the academic concepts much better. Tutors at "A Traveling Teacher" do a great job connecting with students, keeping the lesson engaging and meaningful. They are also very flexible and caring.

I am the parent of a child with an IEP… I am the parent of a child with an IEP who struggles greatly in Math. My daughter tutors weekly with Athena and she is fantastic. Getting my child to focus and stay on task is not easy somehow Athena manages to do that effortlessly. I have noticed huge improvements with my daughters school work and test results i contribute that to Athena's tutoring skills. My experience with A Traveling Teacher has been very positive. Our son is learning great study habits Our son was struggling mightily with sophomore Algebra 2 Honors and Chemistry Honors. He has now been working with a different tutor for each subject and he's learning really great study habits that we hope will help him not only in these two classes but also with his other classes and for the rest of his high school years. A wonderful bonus has been that he got his first 2 As on quizzes (one A in each class) within a couple of weeks of tutoring. This has given him great confidence moving forward!
