Extremely Helpful Peter and his company have helped me tremendously. I was never given the foundation to succeed when it came to math, specifically algebra, so when a college algebra course popped up in my curriculum this semester I had no idea what to do. Peter reached out to me as soon as I posted for help, and help I have been receiving. I highly recommend A Traveling Teacher to anyone looking for a tutor. And don’t be afraid of Zoom sessions. The applications that are used during the calls make it feel like you’re sitting next to someone. Thanks A Traveling Teacher!

Highly Recommend!!! We are so grateful to have found Peter from A Traveling Teacher for our daughter. She was struggling with pre-calculus in her junior year. Every night homework was exhausting and tests were stressful. It caused her a lot of anxiety. Literally after one session with Peter, her grades turned around. He was able to break through to her in a way that her teacher was not able to. She is more confident in her own ability now and no longer feels nervous before her tests. Peter stays on top of the material and is always prepared for each session. He stays in regular contact with her during the week and requests copies of what she is working on. We give him our highest recommendation!

Communication is superb Communication is superb. Peter makes A Traveling Teacher very easy to work with and found a tutor (Jospeh) right away for our daughter, who is studying for the SATs and wanted to improve her skills. After about four or five sessions, she reports increased confidence. We are very grateful. Thank you!

Great Math Tutor! Our son has a diagnosed learning disability specifically in math so the subject has always been a struggle. Thankfully Peter from A Traveling Teacher paired him up with a great tutor that has been incredibly helpful. His tutor is patient and keeps the mood light which is a huge help to limit frustration and allow him to think through each step. We’re grateful for such wonderful support and highly recommend A Traveling Teacher.

Our son is learning great study habits Our son was struggling mightily with sophomore Algebra 2 Honors and Chemistry Honors. He has now been working with a different tutor for each subject and he's learning really great study habits that we hope will help him not only in these two classes but also with his other classes and for the rest of his high school years. A wonderful bonus has been that he got his first 2 As on quizzes (one A in each class) within a couple of weeks of tutoring. This has given him great confidence moving forward!
