Higly recommended teacher I came to Tova Krakauer Coaching for help with the English and reading section. After just a few lessons, my score skyrocketed. I’d put in so much time and effort until that time into getting a score which was high enough, and only a little time after I started studying with Tova, I had it. I got into my dream school and was so happy to finally be done with the test. I really don’t think I could have done it without her. Highly recommended, she’s an amazing teacher for test preparation if you’ve been struggling or need an extra push to get the score you need.

Gifted teacher Tova's tremendously gifted, an excellent teacher who also deeply cares about her students. She helped our twin girls prepare for their ACT and SAT, respectively, and we were blown away by both their final test results - far higher than anything I personally had been expecting. The services here were professional and extremely communicative. Tova often checked in with my husband and myself to explain how the girls were progressing or to ask us for our input, so that we felt like we were part of the process. It was extremely pleasant working with her.

Patient & Kind SAT Tutor I used Tova Krakauer Coaching to help me prepare for my SAT. We hadn’t been in school for a year because of Covid, so I was feeling really lost with the test preparation and felt like I really needed help. Tova is patient and kind, goes through each topic one step at a time and explains the ideas along the way, in a way I can understand. During the week between lessons, she would check in on me to see how I was doing with the assignments she gave me, and to ask if I needed help or direction. We worked mostly on the math section, but also a little bit on the reading section and on the writing grammar section. She was very supportive in a time when I needed it.

Tova is such a good teacher Tova is such a good teacher. She explains things clearly and easily, and when you don’t understand something, she finds a different way of teaching it. Her lessons are relaxed and stress-free, Tova is an encouraging and thoughtful tutor, and there was a certain amount of flexibility which I found important. Tova was willing to meet at hours when other teachers usually wouldn’t meet, because she knew I had an overloaded schedule and wanted to make it as easy on me as possible. Aviad Tova’s excellent with standardized exams and knows the material inside and out. She’s always prompt and rapid with her responses, highly professional, and really intelligent.
