GBThe Best LSAT Tutor!! I began studying for the LSAT by myself while in England with little to no experience on what resources I should have been using. I was all over the place and wasn’t sure what I needed to do to improve my diagnostic score of 151. I knew I wanted to score at least 160’s and then make it to the 170’s, but I had no idea where to start. While I was abroad, I found Mitchell and we hit it off right away! Each week for about 3 months, we met via Zoom for an hour and half and worked our way through the LSAT, taking it section by section. Mitchell is an incredible tutor and tailors his teaching to what works best for you. My worst section was LR, but under his guidance, we were soon able to figure out a couple strategies that worked for me consistently and that I felt confident using on test day. Mitchell is also super accommodating and worked with my schedule and time, which was especially helpful while in England (an 8 hour time difference!) and as I moved back to the US halfway through my study prep for the September exam. Thanks to Mitchell’s guidance, I was able to score a 161, which had never happened before, not even in practice exams! Although my end goal is still to score in the 170’s, I’ve taken a break for now to focus on academics before going back to LSAT prep. However, I know that Mitchell made a huge difference in my journey, and I doubt I would have been as successful without him.

GBBest investment to build confidence and skill Mitchell saved me throughout my process of studying for the LSAT. I seriously would not have been able to get through it without his support. Mitchell helped improve my confidence in my test-taking ability tremendously. Not only that, but Mitchell's knowledge and understanding of the test go beyond knowing the answer to each question. He understands the approach that we as new learners need to grasp the concepts. His knowledge of Logical Games is insanely impressive and he even converted me into a Logic Games fanatic as well! I always felt comfortable asking questions and never felt judged. Mitchell is understanding, thoughtful, and extremely responsive. I strongly recommend having Mitchelle as your tutor. Good luck!!

CAAn Invaluable Part of my LSAT Prep When I found Mitchell’s tutoring page online, it was after months of self-study, and only three weeks before my scheduled LSAT. I started with a 160 diagnostic, and was aiming for at least a 164 on the test. I was extremely stressed about hitting that mark, and my scores were inconsistent - especially in Logic Games. I only scheduled three sessions with Mitchell, two hours a week, but the strategies he taught me were invaluable. I learned new ways of approaching the question types, which really helped with “strengthen/weaken” Logical Reasoning questions and Logic Games. The Logic Games strategies I learned brought me from -7/8 on Games to a consistent -0. As well, Mitchell taught me how to approach the test as a whole - how to study the week before, what to do the day before, how to prep for technical difficulties, and so on. Mitchell was kind and helpful - although I made mistakes frequently in our sessions, he was understanding and happy to review without being belittling or condescending. Ultimately, the strategies Mitchell helped me to learn allowed me to exceed not only my goal score, but also each of my practice scores, ending up with a 176 on the exam.

KRMitchell helped me go from the mid-160s to a 179 on test day. Mitchell helped me improve my score from the mid-160s to a 179 over the course of 4-5 months. Before I met Mitchell, I was experiencing a score plateau and was struggling to improve in LR. Previous tutors I’ve worked with had a very formulaic approach to LR and would teach me strategies like “never select an extremely worded answer choice for a Weaken question,” or “when in doubt, always pick an answer choice with the word X.” As a result, I believed that mastering the LSAT and scoring a 170+ was all about mastering these techniques. However, when these strategies failed to get me to a 170+ on test day, I decided to work with Mitchell. Mitchell’s approach was really different from my previous tutors, because he emphasized flexibility and “reacting to what you see,” rather than memorizing and applying formulaic techniques. He challenged me to rethink the way I approach LR, and once I accepted his advice, I found myself scoring significantly better. Additionally, Mitchell is a very supportive tutor and offers constant one-on-one Q & A support through text, which is something that most other tutors don’t offer. I really enjoyed working with Mitchell, and I know that I wouldn’t have gotten my score without his help.

GBPhenomenal tutor! “Put simply, Mitchell is a phenomenal tutor. After working with him for only a month, my score jumped 7 points. One of his best attributes is his ability to explain a concept in a variety of different ways. I love the fact that he gives a comprehensive report of what we covered after the lesson, and what I should focus on for the upcoming week. Additionally, Mitchell was very easy to work with and I looked forward to each of our sessions. Because of his help, I received significant scholarships from various law schools. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to increase their LSAT score in a short time-frame, and have fun while doing so.
