Not very accurate. Based on the sales dudes that lure you in on the front end, it's all you need! However, once your in, the up-selling begins. Apparently, you need more training and software to the tune of $13K for the "Challenge" training course and addition nal "tools". Totally disappointed. Trust lost with STT. Sorry gang, move on.
