Sales people said 7 days trial/withdrawl option but failed to produce written documentation upon request. 3) There is no partial or full refund if you are not happy with the quality of the course/tutor and decide to drop out within a week or so. 4) You will keep paying the EMIs of the full fee even if you are dissatisfied with the teaching quality and drop out within a week/month or less.

low course content and trainer quality quality of course content and trainers has dropped drastically , full waste of money . trainer are just reading from PPT and narrating written content they personally don't have any experience. i did big data training few years back recently joined for ML course it was a big waste of money any they asked to return money within 15 days in case if dissatisfaction now they say no we cant refund the amount.

Pooja Sharma and Prashant Nair Taught us very nicely . But Master classes were not Good Pooja Sharma and Prashant Nair Taught us very nicely . They have Taught Deep Learning and Prompt engineering respectively . They did good Job. But Master classes conducted were not up to the mark. Some were not good . I could not appreciate the fact that Course is Collaborated with Caltech University I have concerns about LMS also . I did not feel user friendly In getting Information about many things , There is no Single point Contact number . Recently Miss Sahana Called me and Gave Ray of Hope . I want Good Guidance for my Pending projects , not at Technical level . But Regarding Date of Submission , Pending items , Requesting extra time etc..
