He is patient and answers to everyone with due respect. He has a very positive approach and attitude. I have already mentioned that the PPTs do not have headers and sub headers which is a very big turn off for me at least. It will help the learners on what track the training is presently on, hence I have given a star less. Else everything is 5 star.
