Every bit as thorough as the classroom Every bit as thorough as the classroom. Perhaps, even better than live because they have had time to develop and refine the their teaching video modules; no meandering off topic or rushing through the material as might occur with a live presentation. And, BTW, you can do the modules whenever you want.

Good training, but video glitches Good training, however I didn’t give 5 stars because nearly all of the videos kicked me out randomly when viewing them, so I had to go back in from the home screen and forward the video I was on to where it left off. That took extra time and was frustrating. Not sure exactly what the cause to the glitch was.

Easy to navigate Easy to navigate. Interesting and complete course lessons with great videos. Easy to take the exam. Note: you WILL have to take the practical exam if required by your institution, as it states on the card that this is the didactic only.

I tried to get in your program for the… I tried to get in your program for the full weekend with a few others helping me to no avail. I left a few messages and no one called back until Monday. Then on Monday I did get a call and was able to get in . Paying with my husbands card was another odd situation and I needed help. Just getting started was frustrating. The program Instructor was good. I wish I had access to the CPR book as we did 2 years ago to look up things if needed for the whole year. Answer clarification was not clear as twice I thought my answers were correct and unable to view choices why it was wrong. I still have not received my card.

I did ACLS I did ACLS, BLS and PALS. Unfortunately, ATLS required to be in class and I hope that it would be on line at some point. Concise material and great videos. Examination was excellent as well and passed them all. I did each certification in a days time. The ability to do it on your own time is priceless. Keep up the excellent work and material is up to the current guidelines. Once again, thank you and for anyone considering the process, just go ahead and do it. It is recognized by all hospitals and major institutions as I am in the process of Credentialing and I sit on the executive committee at my institution and is recognized as valid certification.
