Great online course but still have not… Great online course but still have not received card in the mail ?? Website said would be received in a few days post exam ?? Otherwise excellent at home course

the tech support was very good and… the tech support was very good and fixed my problem immediately. the problem i have is with the site as there does not appear to be a way to save work done on closing the app so i find myself having to go thru the program until i find were i am.

I tried to get in your program for the… I tried to get in your program for the full weekend with a few others helping me to no avail. I left a few messages and no one called back until Monday. Then on Monday I did get a call and was able to get in . Paying with my husbands card was another odd situation and I needed help. Just getting started was frustrating.The program Instructor was good. I wish I had access to the CPR book as we did 2 years ago to look up things if needed for the whole year. Answer clarification was not clear as twice I thought my answers were correct and unable to view choices why it was wrong. I still have not received my card.

Course is good, Technical support poor The course itself is good. However, technical support is poor. I sent several correspondences via email and phone. I spoke to Angela about not being able to download certificates. She didn’t seem to understand my request and wanted to send another email. She seemed annoyed by my request to send it another way (fax/email pic). It’s been almost 14 days and I haven’t received either certificates by mail. Angela also told me she would call to find out if the certificates were returned or mailed to the wrong address. I’m still waiting for a response as I need this info for reappointment.

5 stars! Quick to review, easy to access, and readily available information with the latest guidelines. Best of all you get to print or keep a digital copy of your certificates (and CME credits) whenever you need them.
