I started working with Joe back in 2018 but have known him since starting CrossFit in 2013. He was pivotal in helping me with my weight loss journey and learning how to track food and balance my macros properly. I started working with Joe in 2023, just before the big food holidays - Thanksgiving, xmas, end of year work parties, etc. We hit the ground running with a solid workout plan, dietary considerations and a whole lot of encouragement. I managed to make it through that period down a few pounds. A few months later, the weight is still dropping, I'm getting stronger and have turned this adventure into a lifestyle. All thanks to Joe!

USIt’s more of a lifestyle now! Joe literally made nutrition and workout as a lifestyle , where you don’t feel like it’s tough to diet and all but you start enjoying the process. He definitely helped me understand how important is mental exercise and how to prioritize stuff in my day to day lifestyle. Also it’s very important to understand this process in a 360 degree view to get a better understanding of what all affect your weight transformation journey.
