CALife is complicated. Your fitness doesn’t have to be. I’ve worked with Joe a few times now. He has helped me in so many ways, from figuring out why coffee was holding me back, to finding a fitness routine that builds not only muscle, but confidence and mental well-being. Joe gets that life is complicated and that your fitness doesn’t have to be. He’s also just a really great guy that’s been there for me in some incredibly challenging times even though he didn’t have to be. Can’t recommend highly enough!
