My name is Joe Villegas. I'm a coach, entrepreneur, TV show host, and most importantly a proud father and husband. Over the last decade I've had the privilege of getting to coach clients from all walks of life, from a stay at home mom looking to regain confidence, to professional UFC fighters making weight to step into the Octagon. It’s more of a lifestyle now! Joe literally made nutrition and workout as a lifestyle , where you don’t feel like it’s tough to diet and all but you start enjoying the process. He definitely helped me understand how important is mental exercise and how to prioritize stuff in my day to day lifestyle. Also it’s very important to understand this process in a 360 degree view to get a better understanding of what all affect your weight transformation journey.
