Excellent Course I loved the Strategic Workforce Planning course. It was the 2nd one I have taken by HCI. Totally worth the time and money. The instructor was experienced and an excellent adult educator/ trainer. She went the extra mile to keep us engaged, working together and learning. She also stayed after the class to answer additional questions- super helpful. The curriculum on point with what is needed for walking away with knowledge you can apply immediately. I trust HCI to deliver training that is up to date with current trends and embedded in real world practice. Well done!

Really great training course! Meghan was awesome! Meghan Hargrave lead the course, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She allowed everyone to participate and made sure we all felt included. She presented well, kept everything interesting and was well prepared. I liked that participants could go into breakrooms to discuss topics and had the opportunity to hear from other colleagues.

Great Experience The experience was really great. The guest speakers were excellent in their delivery and were experts on the Discussion topics. HCI is keeping current with trending statisitics and relevent topics. Love how you can go back and view the videos and presentations if by chance you were distracted by work during the conference.

Outstanding facilitator! Meghan was an outstanding facilitator for the Strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification class. She kept us all engaged in a three-day, virtual course--a hard thing to do. I learned a lot and felt like the course has given me a lot of takeaway and use with my employer.

Unorganized I took the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Certification and it was very unorganized with lots of technology issues. The instruction was an hour late the first day and tried to keep us late the second day. Plus have the time she was unable to share her screen due to technology issues. I wish the instructor had a second person helping as I think it would've been a better experience. I can't remember much of what I learned because it was disjointed and interrupted by tech issues. It was not worth the money due to these issues.
