Recertification Process is a Joke Don't expect to have an easy time trying to figure out how many credits you have towards recertifcation. They require a certain amount of credits, but there is not an easy way to determine how many you have. You need to count them invidually. Then to make matters worse, their recertification process requires you to upload a copy of your HCI transcript, but that cannot be downloaded. I guess they want you to screenshot it. I am incredibly disappointed, but have to play their games because I need recertification.

I just completed the Strategic HRBP… I just completed the Strategic HRBP course through HCI and couldn't be more pleased with the course. So many HR professionals discuss the need to be more strategic without ever detailing what that actually means. This course broke it out into very clear sections so that even the most experienced HR professional can clearly identify ways to grow and improve. I recommend this course to anyone that wants to develop into a more strategic HR business partner.

Great speaker; bad tech issues Great speaker, but very bad technical issues. The speaker's laptop had some weird intermittent technical issues throughout the two day course. Sometimes we heard him plainly, while other times his voice cut out or sounded garbled like he was talking underwater. THe speaker is very knowledgeable and provided good insights and examples. It was just a shame to have tech delays and interruptions. For a pricey course, I expected top notch from HCI. I contacted my HCI account liaison, and he was helpful during the process.

Outstanding facilitator! Meghan was an outstanding facilitator for the Strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification class. She kept us all engaged in a three-day, virtual course--a hard thing to do. I learned a lot and felt like the course has given me a lot of takeaway and use with my employer.

It was very helpful to go through the… It was very helpful to go through the process step by step. The instructor captured all of the things we wanted to learn and made sure we discussed every item. It helped to have break out sessions to discuss real issues and processes from our current positions to determine how we could apply what we were learning.
