First timer's comment I am glad to receive the result of the paper I sent for review during weekend, outside official hour. The result came back before the weekend was over.

The customer service is the worst The customer service is the worst. They got the money, but the response rate was awful. They put my manuscript on my page, but it was not possible to be downloaded. After several email conversation, which lasted more than a week, they sent a notepad-style file in MS word, in which all the tables, figures and citations became disorganized and it was totally a mess. I had to spend a lot of time to make it fixed.

Worst support ever Worst support ever, the website proudly says that the process only takes 24 hours : it took 3 entire days without even saying it to the client. Sent a support ticket, no answer at all. The only quick process is taking your money. If you want to get a good proofreading cheaper go to Fiverr.
