I have been using the service for two… I have been using the service for two years, I love it so far, however, I couldn't upload the new document n couldn't get my old documents the entire day today.. i have no clue about what happen with the site , and did not receive any response from the site at all.

I had one document proof read from… I had one document proof read from write-saver. Additionally, i mailed them if they can edit it to make it suitable for admission committee which i was applying for. And they asked me for the complete document and mailed me the proof read version of 1300 words in like an hour. Their services are excellent and they deserve all the praise they can get.

The customer service is the worst The customer service is the worst. They got the money, but the response rate was awful. They put my manuscript on my page, but it was not possible to be downloaded. After several email conversation, which lasted more than a week, they sent a notepad-style file in MS word, in which all the tables, figures and citations became disorganized and it was totally a mess. I had to spend a lot of time to make it fixed.

Thanks Don't get me wrong, everything is good but there is also a verb like "to found", not "to find". However, I really appreciate that's being for free for 500 words, thanks a lot, it helped me very much
