I have been using the service for two… I have been using the service for two years, I love it so far, however, I couldn't upload the new document n couldn't get my old documents the entire day today.. i have no clue about what happen with the site , and did not receive any response from the site at all.

Excellent quality and low prices I was highly impressed with professionalism and responsiveness of the Writesaver team. And yes, they did save me a lot of my time and money.

Worst support ever Worst support ever, the website proudly says that the process only takes 24 hours : it took 3 entire days without even saying it to the client. Sent a support ticket, no answer at all. The only quick process is taking your money. If you want to get a good proofreading cheaper go to Fiverr.

great! 2nd update: They did send messages and they were in my spam and I didn't see them so I'm now updating this review to 5 star due to my error in not looking, not their error. Thank you for responding to this review and letting me know!! Update to this review: after going on their website again, I found a dashboard where they did say they got document and then another where they say its done but I never got an email back with my revised document or anything saying changes were made or anything at all saying what status is to my requests about anything. Please add email confirmation so people don't have to check your website every 20 minutes to see if project is complete. I think I uploaded my document but never received any confirmation so I sent a message on their website asking if they got it and how long it would take but I never heard anything back and I went on website today and it says completed but I never got an email saying it was done so I have no idea if it was corrected as nothing looks different. Poor customer service and communication.
