Con Artists Their entire sales team engages in Bait and Switch tactics including their leadership team. Over promise and under deliver most of the time that creates lots of tension. People go on vacation and don’t care about your construction draw or any email that is sent whatsoever. Some of the slowest hard money lenders to work with. We literally lost 2 deals and takes them over 30 days to close on a transaction. Might as well go with a non QM bank statement loan. Plenty of other lenders out there to work with. My recommendation is: RUN AWAY from this company. FAST
