I was thoroughly impressed in how quickly and effectively he was able to explain the problematic behaviors I was doing mentally and what I can do to override this. I now feel I have a plan of attack to accomplish some life goals I have been procrastinating on. This was much more than I expected to learn in just one session. I wish I could've started these coaching sessions years ago. If you have any doubts, just keep an open mind and try the life coaching.
