I began my leadership career within pharmaceutical manufacturing however, when my career transitioned to food manufacturing as a Sanitation Supervisor I had no one to turn to for help during the most critical and challenging obstacles that I was jumping over almost daily. Manufacturing leadership is very intense at times and front line supervisors like myself are subject to downfalls for education. Not with Sam.
