Bad operations, good coach Unfortunately, the experience from buying the service to getting something scheduled was very poor. The actual counselor assigned to my kid was fantastic and that was time well spent, however, the experience leading up to it was pretty bad and unprofessional and required me to send several emails and phone calls to get any response on schedule. the onboarding email scheduled a specific time when no one contacted me, getting someone live to speak to was impossible.

Best Delegate is simply THE BEST! I could not be more satisfied with my Best Delegate experience! In addition to providing a platform for my students to experience MUN, the materials and training you provided helped me immensely when my students were learning remotely! Your customer support staff is second to none! Thanks for all you do to provide MUN to our students!
