Annoying Kept bugging me for a review when we haven’t even started yet. So, here’s your review.

Bad operations, good coach Unfortunately, the experience from buying the service to getting something scheduled was very poor. The actual counselor assigned to my kid was fantastic and that was time well spent, however, the experience leading up to it was pretty bad and unprofessional and required me to send several emails and phone calls to get any response on schedule. the onboarding email scheduled a specific time when no one contacted me, getting someone live to speak to was impossible.

My son had an excellent introduction to… My son had an excellent introduction to model UN, and we're very glad that we signed up. Will definitely consider the fall session when it opens up.
