Her years of training and experience really shine through in her expertise of the mind and how to help you make yours better to be in. Her presence itself is so calming and her guidance is always actionable and gets results. Her Seven Centers Life School is by FAR the most comprehensive online mental health course I've ever found. She gives you an unreal amount of direct support and feedback plus everything she offers inside the course is so easy to follow and implement immediately into your life. I've literally recommended it to all my friends and family lol. If you're looking to live a better life, feel less anxious, or just be a better version of yourself who can go after what you want and get it with peace, integrity and joy- work with Morgan. I promise you won't regret it.

Excellent experience! I've been a member of the seven centers community for 2 weeks. In that small amount of time I feel like I've learned SO much from the courses and have a bunch more tools to help me when my mental health is in a bad spot. The community board discussions and group therapy days have been great. Morgan makes sure to help everyone who participates feel seen and involved. I would definitely recommend mindpsyguidance with 5 🌟!

Unique & powerful addition to your healing journey I loved this program because it broke down the concept of “therapy” into daily, bite sized bits. Doing this practice daily brought awareness and information that can so easily be lost in traditional therapy where your time is very limited. Another one of the biggest values was that it is based on an entirely new (to me) concept of self work. Being able to look at a single part of yourself each day brought new awareness & curiosity to working on yourself. This work felt like the beginning of a new mindset, and I love that I can go back and review tools/ resources anytime as I continue my journey. I was hesitant to start because of the daily time commitments. Once I started, I realized it was exactly what I had been looking for and was a great addition to traditional therapy that I had done in the past. The amount of time and work that you put into it is completely up to you. I redid a whole week just because I wanted to! I naturally felt so in tune with the work, and felt like it was exactly what I needed. I think that if this option has shown itself to you, it’s there for a reason and you should take the leap! Thank you Morgan for designing such a wonderful course!

Found a Gem Found a Gem. I found Morgan and her program on Instagram quite by accident. Her videos and advice for living was resonating with me, so I joined her community. Her program is very effective. There is so much content to discover that there should be something for everyone. It is based on the seven chakras and provides a structure from which to learn about ourselves and our journey through this human experience. She also provides a weekly group session that will support you on your path with practices and discussions. I also have met with her on an individual basis. She has given me many words of wisdom, tools to navigate my specific concerns and generally is very wise and caring. I would highly recommend Morgan and Mindpsyguidance to anyone looking to continue their exploration of their world.

Intentional, Kind, and Creative! Morgan is intentional, kind, and creative. She has so much wisdom, knowledge, and experience to share. Her Seven Centers Learning School is brimming with opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth, supplemented by her community coaching platform that gives the opportunity to engage with other participants and Morgan directly. Her team members Gretchen and Elizabeth provide encouragement and insights as well! I am about a month into the program/course, and am so glad that I'm only a third of the way through and have plenty more time to engage with the material and the community. If you're considering signing up for this course/program, I highly recommend it!
