Game changing self-care for keeps! Found Morgan via Instagram, enquired about therapy as thought she was ace and I needed help and was signposted to the Seven Centres Life School. It was a game changer for me to move from intellectualising to practising. I feel more self-aware of my parts now than ever before. The materials were well put together, thoughtfully delivered and supported by small group coaching calls from the lady herself. It's reassuring to know the resources will always be there for me should I choose to revisit them at anytime. I could go on but I will only to say if you're curious go right ahead and get stuck in, you won't regret it.
