I had an ordinary experiance with… I had an ordinary experiance with gentopalate.com as their service was almosy good. There were some minor issues with the product which were handdled well by the company and i got a refund. I had no issue's with payment and everything went smoothly. All in all, it was a decent experiance. The customer service was helpful and patient. The only downside was that the product was delivered quite late. A couple of typos here and thier, but overall, i would recomend the company to my firends.

My experience with Genopalate.com was… My experience with Genopalate.com was almost good. I ordered somethings and recieved them satisfactorily. There wasn't anything over the top or a bad experience. I did hav occasional issuse with the website iteslf, like it wasn't working properly, not loading well or going slow. The customer support was helpfull though and got everything sorted quickly. The prices were also resonable. All in all, aside from som small issuse, the whole experiance was almost satisfactury.

Don't bother here. You will get nothing useful. Sites such as 23and Me have extremely limited DNA data. They only look at a tiny fraction of our/your DNA. Our DNA contains 6 billion SNP's (single nucleotide polymorphisms). These DNA testing sites only look at .01% of our DNA. The remaining 99.99% is ignored as if that DNA doesn't matter. Plus, the science isn't developed for knowing what to provide optimum needs. For example, I have a genetic condition that 23 and Me doesn't even test for that causes kidney disease. How can they give me diet advice based on my DNA? Obviously, they can't. Also, their recommendations are based on their flawed dietary assumptions. Most dieticians are indoctrinated in anti-meat, anti-fat, pro-plant brainwashing. Meat isn't bad. Saturated fat isn't bad. Cholesterol isn't bad. Many eating carnivore to avoid allergies are quite healthy. Much of what dieticians preach is based on flawed understanding. Dr. Eric Westman of Duke University Keto Lab is a good resource. This may work someday, but that's a long way away.

Do not order the recipes Do not order the recipes. They ignored my foods to avoid, they included canned foods in the ingredients, their breakfast item was scrambled eggs with green onion and a few herbs -- really, for 5$, or for another 5$ a recipe for fruit and yogurt with gluten free oats. 1: oats are already gluten free; 2: my data says I don't have to worry about gluten. Additionally, there is not even the general nutrition data that Costco provides. I was interested in the food selection based on my DNA, but having bought their recipes I have very little faith at all in this company and would advise people to avoid them.
