In fact, the first 2 months I was taking this, I had other wonderful athletes at our gym asking me what I was doing differently because they couldn't keep up. Can't recommend this enough.

Very nice company and ownership Very nice company and ownership. I bought because my knee hurts, thinking it was arthritis. It didn't help at all, come to find out from an MRI just completed last week, I don't have arthritis. I have bone fragments and torn ligaments. The ownership is the best, they even give me an extension time in which to complete the supplement. Thanks
