A wonderful relief for joint pain I have been taking GLX-3 for about two months! I have found it to be helpful with my joint pain. It was better as of the first week that I began. As time went on it even improved. I still have some dull pain from time to time but nothing to compare to the pain I had before I began. You have to give it time to work for you and each individual is different. I would recommend trying it if you have joint pain.

It didn't help at all, come to find out from an MRI just completed last week, I don't have arthritis. I have bone fragments and torn ligaments.
