GBIt's...ok. They require you to mail/fax a hard copy to 40 companies to qualify for guarantee It's...ok. Their customer service is decent. Quick response time, so that is a plus. The resume itself doesn't seem to be anything special. The first draft was just downright awful, and they were very quick to revise it. Feedback I got from recruiters and hiring managers on first draft: "It's too busy. It's hard to read. Needs to be more to the point and easier to see experience." After 3 revisions, i got something workable, but still feel as if I could've written this myself for free. I think this service is good for people who do not have strong writing skills and where written articulation is not a strong suit. With all of that being said, I understand their money back guarantee. I will spell it out for you, as it is not super apparent at first pass on their website. Money back guarantee ONLY IF you mail via certified (or fax) a hard copy of your resume to 40 executives within your field. This seems very antiquated which makes me think they did that on purpose so they wouldn't have to pay out. My opinion has been validated by hiring professionals that I have gotten feedback from on this practice. This is 2024. Agreed that you should use any avenue possible, but this particular benchmark for money back seems to be rather absurd. Smart business move though on their part. In short, it's a decent service if you don't know what you're doing or are just starting out. Do i think it was worth the money I paid for this service? Not for me personally. I have to finish sending out my hard copies to get my money back, as it's going on 45 days and still nothing. Well played Resumewriters. well played.

GBFriendly Service I had a pretty good experience with Resume Writing Group. Ryan got me started over the phone and Amy built my resume for me. It looked way better than what I was trying todo

GBTransition Resume assistance- happy I would use this company again. I need to reorganize my resume to transition from a yoga teacher to a banking career. I found may resumes online as examples to help with a transitional resume, but I was not pleased with my own work. While I had put together a good resume, my writer Amber helped tie my work experience together to help me relate to a new banking career. I learned that sometimes an outside professional perspective can help. Thank you Amber!

GBUn-usable, had to rewrite the entire thing myself They took my resume I sent and just changed a few verbs and then added 2 repetitive sections that repeated the info already on my resume. The format was extremely outdated, there were numerous errors and repetitive bullet points and it was unnecessarily long. It sounded like they just refreshed my resume with an AI tool. When I asked for a revision, they cut out half of my job experience. I spent 6 hours redoing my resume, total waste of money.

GBI was unemployed for nearly 2 years… I was unemployed for nearly 2 years before I found Resume Writing Group. They helped me place my order over the phone, explained what they could do to help with my resume, and even pointed me in the right direction for getting a new job. After getting my new resume, I asked my writer for a change and he was able to make the adjustment for me promptly. I got started applying for jobs and the difference was incredible. It took me about three weeks of applying but I got 6 interviews and 3 job offers. I ended up accepting a job where I actually made more than when I got laid off.
