Don't use anyone else! From the start, the communication and response was awesome from this company. Have to especially thank Ryan for all the assistance and being so complete with my resume. Would highly recommended this firm for your important project. I hope not to need to update my resume any further however, if I do, this company will be my first call. Top Notch!!

I was struggling to even get interviews, then I had 3 job offers! I was struggling to get interviews and decided to get some help. After Resume Writing Group helped with my resume I had 6 interviews within a week or so of starting to use the resume they helped me with and then I had 3 job offers all within 2 weeks of each other. I went from a 48k offer to a 60k offer! I am now asking them to help me update my resume and also help with my LinkedIn page. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

Don't hire these scammers! The resume that I paid $200 for looked like it was written by someone who spoke English as a second language. The grammar was atrocious, and the word choice was awkward and artificial. I was offered a rewrite instead of a refund. I passed on this "generous" offer. If they can't spot their own egregious errors than they shouldn't be trusted with a rewrite. You should give their resumes to sixth graders so they can have an example of what bad writing looks like.

It's...ok. They require you to mail/fax a hard copy to 40 companies to qualify for guarantee It's...ok. Their customer service is decent. Quick response time, so that is a plus. The resume itself doesn't seem to be anything special. The first draft was just downright awful, and they were very quick to revise it. Feedback I got from recruiters and hiring managers on first draft: "It's too busy. It's hard to read. Needs to be more to the point and easier to see experience." After 3 revisions, i got something workable, but still feel as if I could've written this myself for free. I think this service is good for people who do not have strong writing skills and where written articulation is not a strong suit. With all of that being said, I understand their money back guarantee. I will spell it out for you, as it is not super apparent at first pass on their website. Money back guarantee ONLY IF you mail via certified (or fax) a hard copy of your resume to 40 executives within your field. This seems very antiquated which makes me think they did that on purpose so they wouldn't have to pay out. My opinion has been validated by hiring professionals that I have gotten feedback from on this practice. This is 2024. Agreed that you should use any avenue possible, but this particular benchmark for money back seems to be rather absurd. Smart business move though on their part. In short, it's a decent service if you don't know what you're doing or are just starting out. Do i think it was worth the money I paid for this service? Not for me personally. I have to finish sending out my hard copies to get my money back, as it's going on 45 days and still nothing. Well played Resumewriters. well played.
