GBHorrible communication Horrible communication, extensive delays.. Would not use them if they did it for free at this point.. Been waiting 10 days and have left 5 messages and no response or anything.. sure took the money right away though

GBBEST investment in my career Best investment in my career. I was paired with a writer that was familiar with my industry. Listened to my work history concerns, and re-wrote my Resume/Cover Letter & Linkedin profile so incredibly well that each time I read it, I feel more confident. My writer did not fabricate, but she did choose the most impressive words to market me to the best of my potential. REALLY WELL WRITEN. This opened many new doors for me.

GBExtremely happy My resume needed to be built out and polished and I'm so glad I went with ZipJob to do it. The process was easy and the results (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile) were great- it was just what I was looking for. The collaboration was easy and the process took less than a week! Knowing that there are a lot of these services out there, reviews are super important and helpful when trying to make a decision. I read a million and am happy I went with this one.

GBVery disappointed... I'm a writer currently tied up with several ongoing projects. I needed a resume to submit to a potential client and went to ZipJob after reading reviews. Unfortunately, what I received looked like something written by a poorly programmed AI platform. I may be able to salvage the resume after I was given a second draft, but the LinkedIn profile update was - and I hate to say this - straight garbage. I would have been better off looking for someone local to help me with my needs. If you are looking for someone to help you write a resume, I would suggest you go the same route.

GBTERRIBLE QUALITY RESUME - WASTE OF $ Save your money and google a few examples of resumes in your field and experience level, then go to any number of AI-augmented sites like Career.io or ResumeGenius, or just keep it simple on a word doc following standard business convention (no pic, grapics, colors, tables, etc.) ZipJob's is 100% off-shore (India most likely) staffed by non-native English speakers that take your existing copy and cram it full of obvious keywords to the point where your resume would make any recruiter's head explode. Then they want to charge you for a phone call to explain to them how they got it all wrong. In the end, you will have created more work for yourself by having to edit down their poor grasp of American english and modern business convention. AND THEY WONT ISSUE A REFUND. BUYER BEWARE. The Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches that have allowed ZipJob to post their logo on their site must allow anyone to use their logo for $.
