GBEasy to work with. The products that ZipJob provides are second to none. The writer contacting you is a whole other story. I never once received any follow up or feedback from my writer, I always had to call the customer service phone line to see what the progress of my order was. Going forward ZipJob needs to provide service after the sale and keep your customers posted on the status of the package that they purchased.

GBScam. Don’t waste your money. I wish I could give 0 stars. I chose this company because it had relatively good reviews. First, I took a good deal of time and effort to provide all the information on the questionnaire. Then I received my first draft which was filled with errors and questions. That is expected in a first draft. I answered all of the questions. Again, I took time to provide all of the information I could to make my qualifications clear. What I received back was a resume that was drafted through ChatGPT and sent to me. There were inconsistencies, spelling and grammatical errors, and “achievements” listed that I didn’t do nor did I ever say I did. I expressed my unhappiness with the services to both the writer and customer service, but I was assured he would fix it. So again I made detail markups of the resume and sent it back. The resume I received was a bit better and I put my trust in the company when I was assured it would sail past ATS software. After 2 months with no interviews, I reached out to ZipJob as I had the 60-day guarantee. All I got was the offer to have it redone. After another month, I ended up meeting with a professional career coach who reviewed my resume and pointed out all of the aspects that would get it tossed by ATS immediately. I have reached out to the company and asked for my money back because they failed to render the services I paid for - an ATS friendly resume. They will not offer me a refund. They offered to rewrite it, but honestly with what I got after all of the time I put into providing information, I don’t think it’s worth it. I don’t trust wasting more time in this process. This company does not care about customers. They just use AI and take your money.

GBI paid for premium service which promised delivery in 3 days I paid for premium service which promised delivery in 3 days. But they took 3 weeks to deliver after multiple emails of follow up. My resume font was not even consistent and my cover letter is of copy paste from job descriptions in market. This is not something of professional service. I felt like copy paste and too much delay in service. I wasted my money of 300$ on premium service without receiving any proper professional quality resume. I would not recommend at all.
