I had a very unsatisfactory experience… I had a very unsatisfactory experience with their customer service. Despite their advertised deadlines in both standard and premium service packages, they consistently failed to meet them. Worse still, when I requested a refund due to their inability to deliver on time, they avoided addressing my concerns altogether, offering nothing but apologies for their high workload. Additionally, when they finally assigned a writer to me, it took an extra two days. Even though they provided a summary and curriculum vitae, I found it disappointingly similar to what I had provided them initially. Now, they're ignoring my refund request, seemingly waiting for the five-day period I have for edits to pass, just to automatically close the request without any resolution or response to my concerns. This entire ordeal has been a waste of both TIME and MONEY, and I cannot recommend their services.

My resume font was not even consistent and my cover letter is of copy paste from job descriptions in market. This is not something of professional service. I felt like copy paste and too much delay in service. I wasted my money of 300$ on premium service without receiving any proper professional quality resume. I would not recommend at all.

I purchased the premium package… I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...

Very disappointed... I'm a writer currently tied up with several ongoing projects. I needed a resume to submit to a potential client and went to ZipJob after reading reviews. Unfortunately, what I received looked like something written by a poorly programmed AI platform. I may be able to salvage the resume after I was given a second draft, but the LinkedIn profile update was - and I hate to say this - straight garbage. I would have been better off looking for someone local to help me with my needs. If you are looking for someone to help you write a resume, I would suggest you go the same route.

Horrible communication Horrible communication, extensive delays.. Would not use them if they did it for free at this point.. Been waiting 10 days and have left 5 messages and no response or anything.. sure took the money right away though
