There are still some bugs & annoying little issues that you should fix to make it perfect. Most users won't be able to fit their CV into a single A4 page, and you should proactively help with the look and feel of a 2-page CV, e.g. show page breaks, allows us to move sections from left to right and right to left, etc. My work experience takes way more space then everything else, so I should be allowed to place my Education section next to it rather than only above or below. There are also some formatting issues that make the output less professional looking, e.g. we cannot distribute words in the paragraph evenly ("Justify" function in MS Word), and some of the bullet points & formatting disappears after extracting the file.

An efficient tool, great articles and brilliant customer support A great, efficient tool for resume and cover letter. I like a lot of the clean and simple templates. I had a small issue upgrading from 1 to 6 months premium and Anna provided one of the best, quickest, painless customer support experiences I've ever had. What all of the negative comments seem to miss is the fact that this website also provides a lot of great articles for writing applications for Danish and international job markets. Having clear examples is something a lot of other websites are missing, and something that was of great value for someone like me, who is looking to find a job in Denmark. And you can access all of that for free. Price for "only downloading" your resume and cover letter may seem a bit steep if you look at it that way, but this kind of content, a very nice tool and a great customer service are worth the support.
