Very disapponted with the service Very disapponted with the service. After almost 30 emails, my resume still does not look great and has someone else info on it.I just decided I do not want to keep going over and over this and spend more time.Let's not talk about LinkedIn that did not even do anything about it but I paid for it. I waste my time and money but receive confirmation my order was completed. How????

I was never shared my resume with me… I was never shared my resume with me prior to fix a resume applying for jobs on my behalf. The resume I shared to get help basically got completely CHOPPED. 99% of the companies I had shared the Fix A Resume version of my resume passed on me all based on the resume. I have STOPPED using the resume FIX A RESUME created for me and have gone back to my old resume, got over 25 emails / call within a span of 8 hours based on the resume that is using the style / format from the 90's. I know fix a resume have 5 stars all over but my experience is not even worth a single star. The only communication Fix a resume and I had was regarding making the payment and thats about it. Don't go based on my experience or review. This company has great reviews, i just happen to be the victim of that 5 stars :-(

its been 2 months and have not received… its been 2 months and have not received the final product. the results I have seen so far have been poor.

Took over 2 weeks to complete Took over 2 weeks to complete. (its been 4 weeks now and still not completed) Then personal statement was just copied and pasted from a resume I provided. Linked in wasn't changed at all, again copied and pasted from a resume I provided. The service i paid for was to re-write it for my current position. A very simple and generic thank you letter and letter of interest, almost like it was a Word template. Poor service and communication. Would not recommend.
