Mostly copy/pasted my original resume to a new template... Other than copying and pasting my resume onto a new template, there were no actual text edits made. In fact, I am the only one who made any edits after receiving the new template. The only significant edit was changing the word management to "mgmt" and I had to remove multiple duplicate lines which tells me there was no real thought put into the work. No new keywords were added and all the hard stats were added by me. My Linked-In profile was also nor completed and does not have a summary. Daniel became non-responsive because I can only assume he was working on multiple projects simultaneously. I left him to do what he thought best and gave minimal guidance, believing in your service and that he would know best what to do.

I was never shared my resume with me… I was never shared my resume with me prior to fix a resume applying for jobs on my behalf. The resume I shared to get help basically got completely CHOPPED. 99% of the companies I had shared the Fix A Resume version of my resume passed on me all based on the resume. I have STOPPED using the resume FIX A RESUME created for me and have gone back to my old resume, got over 25 emails / call within a span of 8 hours based on the resume that is using the style / format from the 90's. I know fix a resume have 5 stars all over but my experience is not even worth a single star. The only communication Fix a resume and I had was regarding making the payment and thats about it. Don't go based on my experience or review. This company has great reviews, i just happen to be the victim of that 5 stars :-(
