Linked in wasn't changed at all, again copied and pasted from a resume I provided. The service i paid for was to re-write it for my current position. A very simple and generic thank you letter and letter of interest, almost like it was a Word template. Poor service and communication. Would not recommend.

Not satisfied at all .. Not satisfied at all ... did not receive all the services I was supposed to with the package I paid for. I know next time, not to use them again.

Communication was poor Communication was poor. The day i made my purchase, I sent my resume I’m that same day. I wasn’t told when I should be expecting the draft back. I texted and emailed. Poor response which shows their customer service.

Disappointed He was very very very responsive in the beginning and after paying extra for a quicker turnaround time was very quick with the results, however, for the amount of money paid the results were very unsatisfactory. I tried my best to communicate with him and asked him to redo my resume. Before he did my resume I was at least getting responses and after he did it I stopped getting responses for weeks until I started using my old resume again, but he stopped responding completely. I connected with 7 different people in HR and did not tell them which resume was mine and which was the one he made and ALL 7 said mine was much better. I understood that ok, he didn't make my resume right, but when I asked him to refund me at least half the amount so I can have someone else re do my resume after asking him 4 times to re do my resume he just stopped responding. I wanted this to be a great experience but unfortunately it wasn't and I will also share this review on my social media accounts so everyone is careful and makes sure they have it in writing that he will have to correct the resume if something does not to right
