Garbage website and worse support I have been a RE agent for 12 years. I have used The CE Shop for CE in the past and have always had issues with questions too vauge to answer or having multiple correct answers to choose from but ultimately was able to get through it. I'm currently using this company for a Broker License. Same issues with questions. Also recently spent over 7 hours straight working the course only to have the timer reset to my original log in time. Yep lost all that time. When I called tech support they just said the timer is working. No desire to help. I was able to reproduce the problem and have screen shots showing the timer malfunction. The company could care less. Now today I can't even log in.

Test Reporting How is it even possible that after you pass the test, you have to wait a week or more to schedule the test because they have to report it to CIS? All of the technology in this world and Im waiting for a letter and a fax!!!! What on earth? I called customer service and it got me people that barely speak English, repeating themselves, reading from a prompt and transferred me 4 times. 25 minute phone call to find out that I need to shut up and wait. Im flabbergasted

Ridiculously hard & I’ve taken CE courses in other states I’ve been taking continuing education classes in Florida for years so I’m familiar with the process. This course is exhausting and has little tests all throughout and then you have to take the actual test. They all count. I was so frustrated that I called my local Board and they told me I could take my Cont Ed with them. I retired from real estate last year after 20 years so I hadn’t perfected the way to handle the cont ed. I didn’t know I could still take the classes at the board, I just have to pay more. I’m keeping my license for referral purposes only. So I paid $99 for these classes and got 1/2 way through one class, never opened the other 3 and they won’t provide a refund because I’m past the 30 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Slow to report continuing Ed While the course content was worthwhile, the timeframe of reporting is horrid. Do not use this company of you expect your course to be reported in less than 5 days. I will be using Bert Rogers from now on. They are reliable

Consider other options. Not worth it. They give you and extremely limited time to complete their extensive training programs which is completely ridiculous. Research for better options because you'll feel rushed, taking on their training programs.
