Great Program! After not being in classes for quite some time The CE Shop really helped me keep me stay on a steady path with out being too overwhelmed with information.

Great Service Provided I have had good experiences with The CE Shop and their services. The courses are laid out well and although I only dealt with customer service on one occasion, they treated me with excellence and solved my situation promptly.

Took the 20 hour MLO class and was… Took the 20 hour MLO class and was ready to take the final exam. The 12 day timer was about to expire and I requested more time and no one got back to me. Then, the class closed and I couldn't take the exam. I paid for another class in hopes I could take the exam but they wouldn't let me. Customer service never responded until I waited 15 mins on hold. Was able to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ridiculously hard & I’ve taken CE courses in other states I’ve been taking continuing education classes in Florida for years so I’m familiar with the process. This course is exhausting and has little tests all throughout and then you have to take the actual test. They all count. I was so frustrated that I called my local Board and they told me I could take my Cont Ed with them. I retired from real estate last year after 20 years so I hadn’t perfected the way to handle the cont ed. I didn’t know I could still take the classes at the board, I just have to pay more. I’m keeping my license for referral purposes only. So I paid $99 for these classes and got 1/2 way through one class, never opened the other 3 and they won’t provide a refund because I’m past the 30 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
