Happy and excited but stuck at the moment Hi, I'm really excited going through Lurn's Email Startup Incubator courses, but I'm overwhelmed with so much information and I'm having trouble what my next step should be. I'm currently on Launchpad course, but would appreciate help.

They say guarantee. They don't honor that!!! They say guarantee. 5 days after purchase, I knew this wouldn't work for me. THEY REFUSE REFUND> Do not believe guarantee. They refused refund of downpayent AND want the other two payments as well. Reported to BBB and the Credit card company. They say they give NO REFUNDS!!!!

Waste of hard earned money! This course was expensive and not worth the money! Most of what they promised (coaching) and support to get started did not happen! Now the whole platform is changing as of December 31st. I have to go to 2 different sites to get what I paid for! This company preys on vulnerable people and makes promises that they have not fulfilled!

Lurn Inbox Blueprint program - think twice! Lurn Inbox Blueprint program, bought in May 2020. Very disappointing. Unfortunately there is no risk free trial or money back guarantee. Potentially good training and system however seems like they didn't invest in it - content is from 2017 not updated enough. More troubling is the limited support. Launchpad is the main reason many buy into it but there are many technical issues lately. There is a forum, Q&A calls, and technical support email but all is working slow due to the limited capacity - It is simply not enough to answer the increasing number of students (now 12k!!)
