They refused refund of downpayent AND want the other two payments as well. Reported to BBB and the Credit card company. They say they give NO REFUNDS!!!!

A smooth transition. I am very happy with the help I received from Lurn when I was trying to switch programs. Although it took a 2nd email, they quickly made the changes I requested and carefully outlined the financial timeline and changes this would mean for me because the courses had two different prices.
