They refused refund of downpayent AND want the other two payments as well. Reported to BBB and the Credit card company. They say they give NO REFUNDS!!!!

I purchased a program through Lurn I purchased a program through Lurn, Inc., "Children's Book Formula" that walks you thru writing children's books. Anik Singal had partnered with a guy, (Jay, who makes money writing children's books) and they did the sales video together. It cost me two payments of $397 So Far, and I STILL have NOT received access to the training! I just sent customer support ANOTHER email this morning. I am NOT a happy camper at this point. I purchased the program over a month ago!
