I personally attended and learn so much and being 3 years in California I am the #1 in my office out of 35 agents. GBNot an Amazing Experience I went to this school and was not too happy regarding their professionalism. I had one instructor, Victor Hugo, who was rude so I switched classes with Brian Collin. He was very nice. However, on rare occasions, he would watch the game. One time, it was so many pauses because he would just stare at the game and not say anything or he would talk about the game. He stopped like 10 times on that occasion. I was very annoyed. They are also kinda pricey considering all the flaws in the program.

GBThough I loved the instructor I had Though I loved the instructor I had, I found the curriculum to be less than helpful to pass the test. As for the books I would say the same thing. There is so much fodder in them, and nothing to guide you to what actually WILL BE ON THE TEST. I've been licensed in other states and the classes and curriculum were much more helpful and geared towards passing the state exam, which is the goal, isn't it?

GBThe school itself was great but. . . The school itself was great! Teaching format as well as the practice exams in the book. Really liked how the online guidance prepared you for the test. I gave it 3 stars because during my 3 month enrollment we had teachers change frequently. Some didn't teach at a level that I felt was sufficient. Taught you as if you were familiar with real estate and not being new to it. With that going into detail about particular subjects, really making sure you got it and understood it was non existent. Felt like I learned more by reading the chapters instead of the classroom setting. When the owner of the company subbed I felt like I learned more in that one day then I did during the entire classroom enrollment. With that being said I made sure to study the book, questions and the practice exams sufficently and passed the exam on the first try. I am now a CA licensed real estate salesperson!

GBWas honestly way too fast.. Was honestly way too fast. Bad hours. Teacher was nice but to learn all that info in 3 months is crazy. On top of our jobs and other responsibilities. Waste of money. Would like to return the books I purchased and get refunded back. The teacher was nice but the power points were too quick to write it all down. Horrible location for parking. Don't have a laptop to type everything out fast like everybody else. Pencil and papers it was for me and I could barely copy half of the slideshows before she progressed to the next slides.
