GBI can't say enough about the fine … I can't say enough about the fine training and personal attention you get in this course I've tried other courses and none even came close to helping me gain the knowledge I needed to feel confident to pass these tests. These instructors are not just as there to r3ad from a book. You get so much more. They are also mentors and they're willing to give their time for you regarding any question you have; whether it be your personal career your personal life your personal goals.I wouldn't trade this experience for anything else. I'm so glad to have found Keller Williams. The added attention Miss Carol had given us with weekly study groups has been above and beyond. Thank you

GBThis site offers real estate training … This site offers real estate training ... the good thing that they are providing vedio. But The videos is short and covers only a very little of chapters. E books is poor version of ebook , you can't highlight, or write note witch make it unusefule

GBThis is a review of CA Realty Training … This is a review of CA Realty Training Instructor Renee Despins: I started attending her classes on Saturdays at your Beverly Hills, CA location last December 2016. I just wanted to take this time to let you what a fantastic instructor she is! She has inspired and motivated me to someday become like her. I admire her enthusiasm and down-to earth character. She has so much knowledge to share with her students. Renee is the utmost professional and expert in her field! Not only does she take the time to answer all of my questions, she has become a great colleague, adviser, and a new friend! She also goes the extra mile and makes sure to check up on my progress and gives me support in showing me the path to SUCCESS! There's a lot of work to do with this new career--but as Renee said to me--"You only get out, what you put into it!" I love Renee's dedication with her profession and I too, look forward to a successful career in Real Estate! I always believe that if you have passion/focus/drive in whatever you do, want to learn new things, not be afraid to ask for some help along the way, and be a person with integrity, then you will always succeed with your goals! And of course, I believe in working smarter and not necessarily harder! Thanks Renee for all of your support and confidence in me and inviting me to become one of your colleagues at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills. For all of the reasons above, that is why I chose you to become my sponsor. "May the force always be with us" at KWHH! I can't wait to practice what I have learned and to be mentored by someone at KWHH who is just as talented, driven, knowledgeable and kind-hearted as you!

GBDecent experience. I wasn't really sure how to rate this school, 3 or 4 stars. Staff is definitely friendly and attentive. Everyone is quite nice in fact. But I feel like that only goes so far. My professor was pretty knowledgeable about most subjects but the classes seemed superfluous. Almost nothing taught in the class had anything to do with the books. The powerpoints for the modules also seemed unrelated to the questions in the quizzes and final tests. There is a lot of time spent learning certain "catchphrases" and not so much time spent on other more important things. Maybe I didn't jive with the teacher's technique? All classes seemed a repetition of the previous one because of the repetition of these catchphrases. The books are dense, typical textbooks. The website doesn't work very well on safari, so use Chrome. All in all I had a good experience but you can go ahead and skip the classes and just do the online if you find yourself capable. Their final exam prep and review remains to be seen, but they show you step by step how to fill out the state application which I thought was very valuable. I give it a thumbs up.

GBThe school itself was great but. . . The school itself was great! Teaching format as well as the practice exams in the book. Really liked how the online guidance prepared you for the test. I gave it 3 stars because during my 3 month enrollment we had teachers change frequently. Some didn't teach at a level that I felt was sufficient. Taught you as if you were familiar with real estate and not being new to it. With that going into detail about particular subjects, really making sure you got it and understood it was non existent. Felt like I learned more by reading the chapters instead of the classroom setting. When the owner of the company subbed I felt like I learned more in that one day then I did during the entire classroom enrollment. With that being said I made sure to study the book, questions and the practice exams sufficently and passed the exam on the first try. I am now a CA licensed real estate salesperson!
